Hello. I saw your daughters post about the Sliders timer on Facebook and I’m very interested in this project and another concerning the electronics for another prop I own. Can we talk sometime? I would appreciate it. Thank you! :0)
Sorry for the late response. They are assembled and tested. We COULD sell blank boards, but you would need to be proficient at very fine-pitch surface mount soldering. Not for the faint-of-heart.
Beautiful timer video will you be selling these complete or in kits I bought one from a guy in the UK but it’s only a static timer doesn’ do anything but light up.
Will kit include everything you need? (all in one) or do you got to buy the body and stuff separate? What is your time frame on this coming out? Im getting anxious!! lol!
Any updates on this??? I just happen to have picked up the proper RCA remote for this a number of years ago with the hopes that a board would become available. How much longer must I wait! 🙂
The Egyptian timer boards are available now (figure a week if I have to order parts). Hopefully soon I can do the original cellphone timer. I would like to do boards for both the Thermal kit and the cellphone, depending upon interest.
the interest is definitely there, people just need to be made aware of this amazingness!.. id be very interested the original cellphone timer- the video on here does everything the original did and is very exciting!
with sliders seasons 1,2,3 being rereleased on dvd and re-runs being rebroadcast on a channel called “The Hub”, theyll be no doubt interest!.. ive been intrigued over this since it first aired in ’95 when I was like 9, keep up the good work!
These boards look excellent. Are you selling just the electronics or the enter timer? I notice from the photos the circuit boards are mounted in the base. Just curious what comes with the purchase? Thanks a lot for the information.
Any video of this working? I’m not ready to shell out $306 unless I can see it work. An ETA on delivery would be nice too. (Days? Weeks? Months? A year, like my last order from QMx?)
What we sell are the two boards and the conencted LEDS. We don’t offer the keyboards (hard to get and expensive), but we do have several new remotes available.
I was wondering how do I get one of these timers how much are they I was also wondering about the scarab doe that come on it and can you also purchase one of them and about the genser sequence can you get one without that feature…. do you also make the original timer the rickman timer and the logan timer and if you do how much would those cost?
The timer board set costs $300 plus $6 U. S. shipping. There is a link at the top of this page with which you can order it. The scarab is not included but can be ordered here: https://www.etsy.com/listing/114340804/egyptian-sliders-timer-scarab-plate
The genser sequence can be removed.
This is the only timer we currently make.
It does not come with a schematic nor parts list.

Not sure, but how much does a programmable chip cost?
Looking forward to buying one soon.

It would only include the electronics.

Just curious as to how much is it that the boards will cost. I am really looking forward to these coming out
Are these available for sale yet and if so how might I go about purchasing one?
when are these going to be available?, how can these be modified to fit into an original timer housing? hmm

I’ll sign up as an interested party on that one.
On another note, is there any chance you can post a video of the various timer functions (counting down, powering up, hitting zero, etc)?
the interest is definitely there, people just need to be made aware of this amazingness!.. id be very interested the original cellphone timer- the video on here does everything the original did and is very exciting!

How does the full thing look? What functions is there (besides “light up”?
Here is a video of the boards working. All functions are shown. The keyboard and remote case are not part of the kit.
